I ended up on your list of stories intending to thank you for pointing out the odd little characters that appeared in the epilogue for the bond....and this little ficlet caught my attention. Im in tears now.....my biggest fear is that my husband will not return from Iraq, and I will have to live the rest of my life alone, without my true love. It was an odd coincidence that I ended up reading this. so sweet. :) I need to go find a tissue

Wow. Why for Merlin\'s sake have you not published it in ffnet? Good story. Really good. And heartbreaking, too. Liked the twist and it actually wasn\'t a disappointment as far as I\'m concerned. I think that Hermione deserved to have love again in her life as Sevvie himself told her to. I think that SS/HG is the right pairing as he clearly was her true love, no matter what.

Just don\'t like it. Not romantic at all. In fact it\'s barely HG/SS, it seems more HG/VK and that\'s not what the \"summary\" or warnings say. I feel like I was tricked into reading this. I was expecting a HG/SS love story and I got a SS/VK love story with a dead Severus. Not fair.
