I'm so mad at myself for consistently skipping this story just because I didn't like the title or summary. This is a fabulous tale...you've really knocked it out of the park with this one! It does feel like two different stories but that's the brillance of it because I have to go back now and re-read the whole thing to pick up foreshadowing for the dark stuff that comes later. I NEVER read fan fiction more than once...you've got my attention...I hope you update quickly.

thank you for this i'v been waiting for quite a while that i had to read the whole story again to remember lots of parts i forgot. It's really good but i have a question to ask, for some reason it sounds to me as if harry and draco were involved but of course they might have just been really close friends. it's late and my mind is making a jumble of things i'm not quite sure anymore well hope you update soon

hahahaha i love ur disclaimers they are great. I read on a legal site that fan fics in of them selves are "illegal" i though this was the stupidest thing i'd ever heard! how dare someone dictate what someone can write , freedom of speech right, and besides everyone knows they arn't urs and u dont even make money off of them stupid, stupid, stupid!! oh ya great fic to its really entertaining.

I love it! Just like Rowling, you have a brilliant way of dropping hints and small confusements throughout the story, just to tie it all together and clear it up in the end... thats something I love about this story! I also like the way it gets dark and angsty, it kinda makes it more real, you know? god knows there's enough fluffy, happy sugary fics out there... thats what makes this one so special... that and the fact that its amazingly well written! the only question I have is: what was the thing with blaise? how does he fit into the past? the *finish what we started* -bit I mean...
anyhow, keep up the great work and do me the huge favor and update soon! It'll give you good karma, I promise...

I'll admit, I was so thrown off until the clues appeared that the chapters were flashbacks. There were little clues about the coffee, the comments about the drugs, the understanding that since Snape didn't know what was happening that this must be before where we left off. I'm sure it was on purpose on your part, and while I despise things like *FLASHBACK* at the top of the chapter, I wonder if there is something to make it clearer. Maybe insert the clues earlier?

Once I realized where my head was, I fell in (of course). :)

I especially adore how this isn't solely Dramione, that you're taking on Harry's even more turbulent emotions alongside it all. What I love the most, as always, is how you show, not tell. I'm always harping on my students to just this and it's effortless for you. At the end of the last chapter you leave the reader with an understanding that Harry really does care about Draco. It's obvious because of your awesome diction and pacing, but it's not blatantly told to a dumbass reader. :)

I dig it, though I think there could definitely be earlier clues in the flashback sequences since yours are so long.

Awesomeness. :)
