WOW. I love this fic. I have a confession though: I only checked it out because another writer mentioned it in their AN. I probably never would have found it otherwise. I'm so glad I did. Please continue to write and i'm sure I will be obsessively checking for updates. :-D

I have to say that your title and summary threw me off for a long time from reading this because at first I was like 'uneventful' - okay, great, why would I want to read it. And then in the summary it says the opposite, so then it sounded overly dramatic and all over the place.

However, the actual story, once I got around to reading it, is very good and fabulous. I love the way that Hermione and Draco relate to each other and the mystery surrounding their relationship. I also really want to know what Blaise is up to, exactly.

It really is quite excellent and I'm glad I read it. Now, off you go and update it and I will read it even more.

Yeah, so I read chapters 1 through 11 in one sit last night and I stopped around 3am to get some sleep and, for the life of me, I couldn't get your fic out of my head all day today! So I rushed home--well, sort of...it took me three hours because of rush hour traffic (I hate California roads; whoever designed them should be shot)--and hopped on my comp and read through chapter 12.

I KNEW DRACO WAS REMEMBERING STUFF TOO!!!! I JUST KNEW IT!!

Wait, wait, wait, let me back up. Firstly, I love your chracterizations. They have believable quirks and traits, the dialogue is positively flawless--it's the first fic I've read (including my own) where I haven't dropped my head in my hands and groaned "Who actually says that?" you know?--and the backrounds, LORDY the backrounds are marvelous. I can see Hermione's lab, the Gala was perfect in my head, even the bookstore Draco took Herm to. Borderline conceptual but completely believable.

AND HERMIONE! She's the every day woman I tell ya! You had me hooked w/ the first line of the first chapter! My life is shit. I was laughing so hard I had to run to the bathroom. Who hasn't been Heemione in at least one time or another in their life? I love the way you write characters. Draco's insufferable charm. Blaise--who makes me shudder. The jealous/over-protective Harry. Ron, Seamus, Dean, Ginny (oh, that was wonderful, the little snippet about Draco calling Ginny Ginevra). And Hermione, God love her.

I am SQUIRMING to find out the whole "why was Herms tied up and being used as a sex slave with mystery man" bit. It seemed so left feild when you began forshadowing it. It went from romantic comedy to duhn duhn duhn And The Plot Thickens...with morbid creepiness? LOL, your fic put me in such a great mood. The whole time I was reading it I kept hearing the Nutcracker music in the back of my head. Ah poor Severus. I've always had a soft-spot for him; he always gets the crappy load. And Draco and his despicable deliciousness! With the heartfelt gifts and snobbery and the banter back and forth; he thrives on it doesn't he? No wonder he doesn't keep a woman, when he's got Hermione as his cup of coffee in the morning, a little booster banter for lunch, some snarled comments for dinner, and a wonderful bubble bath with scowls and citrus and possession for a nightcap!

Oh, dear. I'm rambling aren't I? Cambodia, eh? Do you speak French? Have fun on your vacation and update soon!

*sigh* It was perfect. I can't even describe it. I would attempt to put all the parts I absolutely adored in this review but it would end up being indecently long and I'm impatient to get to the next chapter so... let me just say you are amazing. This... is perfect.

*sigh*

ARGGGG! You're evil, you know that???? BLAH! I can't function correctly at the moment. You just -had- to write one of the best Hermione/Draco stories I have -ever- read and not have it finished when I read it. I DON'T GET TO SEE HOW IT ENDS!

Ugh. See, here's my thing. I haven't been into Hg/Dm fanfic for very long so all the stories I read are usually old and I'm used to them being finished when I go to read them. And then, I find one I -adore- and it has to be one that isn't finished. AHHH! You're driving me insane, I hope you realize that.

AND right on the chapter where things start to get -really- good. *sigh*

Anyway, I remember this from one of your A/Ns and I wanted to say it then but I was too impatient to review. SO I agree with you on how Draco and Hermione's relationship should be. I love that you have the light almost fluffiness but then you also have the underlying darkness. It's perfect. And honestly, I'm a sucker for angst. So for this to be stopped -here.- *dies*

Okay... I'm going to shut up in a moment after I tell you that if the rest of my review hasn't made it clear, I want an update. Bad.
