I love this story please update. PLEASE!

Darco's short monolgue in chapter eight, about Hermoine's funeral was beautiful. About how he would sit in the sidelines and mourn her and how he would do anything that she asked him to but he couldn't sit back and watch her die. I don't know how you came up with it, or the rest of the story but I'm absolutely infatuated with it. It makes me sigh and smile and I've shared it with several of my friends.

I realy like this story, especially how Draco and Hermine's relationship is written. Please upadate soon.

Hi Rain :). I just wanted to say how well done I think this fic is. I haven't read fanfiction in a few years but last night I was watching Chamber of Secrets with some friends and was reminded that for some reason, Hermione and Draco are a popular couple. I wanted to test that theory by 1)seeing how many Hermione/Draco fics were on this site and 2)seeing if they were any good. I read a random sampling of a few that looked decent and finally after little success I found Obscurity. I was intending just to skim like I had the others, but the plot caught my attention immediately and before I knew it, it was 3:30am and I had read all eleven chapters. Rarely does any story, especially a fanfiction, capture my attention so completely. I think you write very professionally and even the smutty sections are handled very tastefully, proving that smut doesn't have to be extremely vulgar to be sexy. What's also amazing to me is that you made Draco a very likable character for me. I normally don't like him very much, but you managed to add a new dimension to him that is appealing while not contradictory to his portrayal in the books. Overall, the plot, characterization, writing, dialog, pretty much EVERYTHING in this fic is extremely well done, and I felt you should know. I see you already have many adoring fans, and likely so, but you have also singlehandedly restored my faith that there are at least a few good writers in the fanfiction universe. I'm looking forward to the next chapter! Keep up the good work and thanks for a wonderful four hours of reading.

That's was incredible! I've read the first four chapters of this ages ago and have only recently read up to the last update - I gotta say I'm excited. I'm enjoying the way this story is turning out. You have some of the skills in this archive, from what I've read so far. LOVE IT.

Not to mention, you're on the few who've actually incorporated my favorite D/H element: JEALOUS DRACO.

I fucking love you for that. PLEASE, PLEASE update. I don't think I'd be able to wait long. I don't think anyone else would be able to.
