WOW. I don't even know where to begin. I love the fact that you list all your spells at the bottom of the story. Its a neat touch and I look forward to knowing what the heck they're saying when the spells go a flying. I thought this was a very tender chapter. I didn't think it was that dark, but it was powerful and emotional and captivating. Well done. I was reading this all day long. Had to go back a few chapters, because I started reading this a few months ago in wandering through the HP fics and had to work my way back here. Great job. Chaper well done. Story well done. Can't wait for the next one.

That was fantastic and wonderful and so very dark. I'm pleased to see you exploring new avenues as a writer and taking that leap with these characters. I know dark and despairing is not your chosen poison, but this was very well written. And I really like how you just let the story flow and followed where it would go. There was such ease with the transisitions, and Draco had some great lines that really made the reader connect with him, as well as displaying those facets about him that we have all come to see as so very Draco. He's developing and growing as a person, he's redeemable, but he's still Draco to the core.

Lorett, my darling, my lovely, this was worth every second that we had to wait. I couldn't believe how fast the chapter went. I was so engrossed that before I knew it, I was at the end and left salivating for more.

It's been most impressive to me, to see how you've changed as a writer and as a person from the first chapter of this grand epic to this one. The characters have developed and changed with you and I feel priveleged to have been able to share that.

Darling Lorett, you already know what I think of this chapter (and no, "Thank Heaven it's finally posted" is NOT the first thought that comes to mind!). Congratulations on grappling with and writing a dark and deeply emotional chapter. Lord knows I know it wasn't easy! I'm just so stinking proud of you for hanging in there and sticking with it despite all the distractions and difficulty Real Life threw at you! And for not ripping your hair out in the process. You still have your hair, don't you?
