Hi Lorett! It\'s me, RahNee! I am so sorry about all the trouble you\'ve had at fanfiction dot net! I was very upset to find you had been taken off my alert lists and off of everything over there. But thank goodness that my mind retained the tiny bit of information that you also posted on AdultFanFiction; I moseyed here and kept an eye out for your next chapter! And now it is here! And I love it!!! The \"take Draco into my arms and comfort him moment\" I have been waiting for is here. Excuse me a moment... *imagines poor, cocky, sexy, sad Draco in her arms*
You took me into Draco\'s head and I can really understand why he behaves the way he does, yet it is also believable that he isn\'t really such a jerk but keeps the masquerade up to keep himself safe. People as messed up as he is build up pretty amazing defense mechanisms, don\'t they? Poor guy...he got the short end of the stick when it came to parents and having a safe, secure home. And for him to break down and cry...oh my heart breaks! You must save him, Lorett, you must! Is Laurel the one to break down the walls and save him?! I hope so! I can\'t wait for the next chapter. (I miss the 2-furs already...)

I just went on a hockey tour to holland and came back looking forward to reading to the new chapters of this ff. All gone! I was furious for you, but am so glad that I can catch up here.
That last chapter is really good because I now understand Draco that little bit more (and all the rest of them as well!)

See I came to this site to read your story so I haven\'t deserted you!!! I told you I wouldn\'t! Hee hee! So your Twinkling star is back!! (I hope I\'m still your twinkling star!!) I love your story and it\'s one of the only ones I actually get lost in and enjoy reading! I\'m glad you\'re still posting and I\'m sorry about all the trouble you got at FF.net. You didn\'t deserve it!

He\'s not a cold blooded murderer like his dad so I understand his thinking. I love his arrogance aswel since that\'s just the way I think of him. Hi, girlie. As you can see, I stuck to my promise and FINALLY REVIEWED. Goodness gracious, it did take awhile though. Sheesh. I\'m just glad that you\'re posting in general; I think I would have died if you stopped. I mean, I never even got to read it before, so it would have been so...disappointing never to get past chapter 12. Anywho, you\'re still posting, so that\'s all good. Hem hem.
This was an interesting chapter - a bit different from what you\'ve done previously. (Since the review window isn\'t separate, it\'s a bit harder to remember everything I want to say, but I\'ll do my best.) I found the choice you made to introduce Draco\'s vanity extremely intriguing. I mean, it\'s definitely his signature quality, and there is no doubt that your Draco has it. That\'s for sure. And though the action is missing (of course, that makes sense. You need the slow, thoughtful chapters to really compliment those with action) you definitely gave the reader food for thought. Narcissa, for example. It hadn\'t really occurred to me what exactly her offense was. I knew that the choice she made wasn\'t what Draco wanted, but I hadn\'t thought of it precisely as a betrayal. The real betrayal, I think, was to choose for him only what he should have the power to choose. Except for the fact that he would never have had that choice in the first place if it wasn\'t for her. I don\'t think enough people realize what parents do for their children. It really is an amazing relationship.
Anywho, back to the point. To me, it seems a bit as if Narcissus has become a puppeteer (hah! what a coincidence!). Like, she really knows Draco better than he thinks she does. I think that she believes so strongly in Draco\'s desire to be free of the Death Eater life that she knows he will find a way around the murder. And that this separation from her will allow him the ability to choose for himself. And in that, her own freedom. Now, of course, this is all probably wrong. But that\'s sort of how it seemed to me.
And the introduction to Hermione!! Very sly. I assume we\'ll be meeting (or you\'ll be indirectly introducing) the rest of the Hogwarts gang. Er, I think I may not be on the adultfanfiction update email list, so if you don\'t mind, I would LOVE to be added (my email\'s up at the top). God knows I want to keep up on this brilliant bit of Fan Literature. Oh! I just updated today, too. I would love it if you wouldn\'t mind looking it up!! (I would give you the link, but I\'ve forgotten it. Heh heh heh...) Hope that EVERYONE over there at fanfiction comes to view the updated stories. Hmph. I SHOULD HAVE PUT A LINK IN PUPPET MASTER (slaps forhead). DOUG! How dumb could I get!! Oh well, I\'ll put it in the next one.

Oh cool. Somehow it seemed very in character for Draco to completely asses ( i think i spelled that right ) himself, and be conceited about it. I totally loved it. Please update more.
