Hello my darling,
I apologize in advance for the briefness of this review but well as you know I am not up to par this day. But I refuse to let things get me down so much that I block out others. So I have read your wonderful chapter and once again have been left waiting eagerly until the next installment! I do so enjoy Laurel\'s mother. I do not think I have ever mentioned her. Her maturity and subtle observations of the children are written so well. I am so looking forward to the Bonding chapter. I know we have a wee bit to go until we reach that, but none the less I thought to mention it here. Well my dear, I am away the now. I just wanted to hand in my two cents and show my support for your wonderful story. Take care darling.
Love, Ally

Good transitional chapter - nice \"cool down\" from the previous couple *grin*! But I do love it (as always!) and I\'m waiting patiently for the next one.
YAY!! Draco baby\'s coming soon!!! Lol, I do love Draco. . .something about the bad boy thing, I think - and he\'s just plain GORGEOUS!

There were so many things in Chapter 26 that I loved. I\'ll start at the beginning and work my way down...
First was Harry\'s little negative conversation with himself: he\'s upset, perhaps even distraught, and manages to come up with a metaphor like \"You kissed her like a man drowning and she was your last breath of air.\" Read a lot of romance novels, do we, Harry? Hee hee!
Second: \"general boy carousing\" Hilarious!
Third: Maggie says \"Aurthur also informed me that you and Red seem to get into quite a bit of trouble more often than not...\" Oh, you do not know the half of it, my dear Maggie (and Arthur)! And Maggie catching the uncomfortable vibe between Harry & Laurel and sighing \"Teenagers!\"
Fourth: Actually this is my favorite, so it should be first I guess: Ron\'s drama queen moment. He mentions his parents killing him twice, that they are grounded for life, and then the line \"We\'re both going to die old, lonely and never having shagged a girl!\" And the Oscar goes to...
Fifth: My next favorite is the interaction with Ron & Harry right after the drama queen speech. It really reflects how close those two boys are. Harry doesn\'t want to go into the details of what Ron interrupted, and Ron recognizes the code language of \"I\'ll tell you later.\" Ron senses enough to know to apologize, and Harry says \"Nothing to be sorry for\" and it is SUCH A GOOD FRIENDSHIP MOMENT! I could sense the bond and the filial love between the two. So so nice.
Sixth: Then the scene that the chappie is named for! I thought the whole vindication of Draco section was great! Laurel almost spilled the beans about this soul-reading trick she can do. It finallly dawns on Harry how much Draco risked, and that if Harry had listened at the get go, things would have been different. And the GUILT. Can we please heap some more guilt onto that boy? I don\'t think he feels enough yet. When his voice finally cracks with emotion...my heart broke for him. That poor poor boy is seriously going to need therapy for a few decades.
Seventh: (dang, this list is long) The \"great power/ great responsibility\" line! I read it and thought \"whoa, that is freaky, \'cause I know she wrote this chappie long before I wrote my review of Chapter 25\" I will now concentrate on predicting the Powerball numbers...
Eighth: I felt a little shiver go up my spine when Maggie put Draco in the room next to Laurel because I seem to recall a certain dream that involved that room...
Conclusion: When there aren\'t lemons in the chapter my mind is less befuddled with inappropriate thoughts and I write longer and more detailed reviews.
Careful, Lorett! I haven\'t moshed in quite a while, and if you bodyslam me too hard, I might spill this fabulous champagne you gave me! Let me put the flute down...OK, *bodyslams you back and squeezes you tight* Thanks! And by the way, I\'m sorry I made you laugh so hard you coughed. Poor thing! I\'m so sorry that the batch of soup and tea I sent by special Dangerously Handsome Trio Courier did not cure you completely. I\'m going to make it up to you by sending you some special cough medicine via Speedy Slytherin Delivery...keep an eye out for a blond delivery guy, about 6\'2\" with a sexy smirk. You\'ll feel much better soon... (Oh dear, Speedy Slytherin Delivery. I think I just combined Draco with Mr. Roger\'s Neighborhood! So very fundamentally wrong on so many levels...)
After all the teasers about the next chapter, I am at my computer watching my email and twitching in anticipation! Post soon, soon I tell you! Right...supposed to be working on that patience thing... OK then, I\'ll just hug you and kiss you and say \"Thanks for the wonderful chapter and brightening my Saturday evening! Love ya, dearie!\"

Hiya Loretta!
Glad to hear that you\'re feeling better and that the damn annoying cough is dying down slightly! I suppose I am a bit of a night owl! But this is only a recent occurance(SP?). I never used to have trouble sleeping but it\'s been since I went to university and have had space and time to do whatever I want when I want. I think the rebel in me wanted to stay up as long as I could at first but now it seems it\'s turned into a habbit! Oh Well!! It\'s not stressing me out too bad! Bless your cat for being so cute. I have a cat too and he likes to annoy me when I\'m busy. But all is forgiven when he curls up on my bed next to me to keep me company and he looks just too cute for his own good! Hee hee!!!
Anyway, onto the review (I told you I had a tendency to babble right?! Hee hee!). I\'m loving the new tension between Harry and Laurel! That\'s going to cause all kinds of trouble I sense!!! And nice touch with the mother-always-knows-what-her-daughters-thinking-when-it-comes-to-boys thing! It\'s so true!!! My mum is like a mind reader in that respect. She always knows... Hee hee! Draco saying Laurels name when he woke up made me melt a little. He\'s so cute and is obviously thinking of her while he sleeps and recouperates! Bless him! And Laurel sticking up for Draco like a trouper! That was so sweet!!! I love budding romances! But I bet Harry felt like Crap hearing her say those things about Draco because *puts on sing-songy voice* He loves her!!! Hee hee!!!
Sorry I haven\'t been onto the community for a while. It\'s pretty new to me and I\'m still trying to figure out how it all works. I want to reply to some of the messages on there but I always feel like I\'m doing it wrong and I don\'t want to mess up anything on there since you\'ve worked so hard to get it up and running! (I\'m such a worrier!) But I promise I will have another try really soon and see what I can come up with!!!
Anyway, update soon!
Love ya,
AnnieXxX
P.S - Think you are sooooo nice for doing personal shout outs! You are so dedicated and I think it\'s great!!!

My favorite chapter thus far.
Harry is so hot in this chapter. Mmm...green eyes and black hair really IS an excellent combination.
Their making out was really intense. I thought it was great that they said...what...like three words to each other or something? That\'s great. \"Better?\" \"Much.\" That\'s just great. I like the idea of Harry\'s emotions being so strong that overpower Laurel. Canon Harry does have very strong emotions. But are Draco\'s emotions strong enough to counter the effect Harry\'s have? I think they are! I think he\'s just been good at hiding them so far because that\'s the way he\'s lived. But, of course, when Draco opens up, it will be intense.
Hm...how very strange. I started out talking about one hot guy and ended up talking about Draco.
It\'s like you when it comes to my Snape story, because, of course, Snape is so hot.
I love this Harry. I really, really, really do.
I demand more Harry smut!
Um...if you respond to demands.

Well, would you look at that............ I didn\'t even have time to review one of my fav little harry/laurel moments and you\'re already on to another chapter! Shame shame I tell you!!!!!!!!! Don\'t you know you have to wait until I review to post a new chappie??? lol, I\'m totally joking by the way. So, this means I get to review two chappies in one big write up and I know you\'ll love that!!!!
So, about the bathroom chappie. Yes, the shower was already running before I read it. See, this time I was ready! Even had the window open and its HOT IN \'ERE!!!! (yes I stole that from Nelly) Well, my little observations.... not much different from the first time I review this chappie. I love how hot you make it sound even if all they\'re doing is kissing and feeling eachother up. Honestly, its almost bad for my health... my heart that is. I love how its almost an escape for both of them. I mean, they obviously know Draco is chillin half dead outside, but we have queen bee mum to take care of him so why not explore the sexual release needed after such a rush with death??!! In the long run they know it\'ll be Draco with her, but Harry seemingly can\'t make up his mind (as we\'ll know if future chapters around the kitchen table) so why not? Sometimes I wonder if Harry will just end up as a player.... lol
okay, on to this chappy. I ADORE Ron, honestly he makes everything so much better just by the quirky things he says. I also love how Maggie calls him Red. It suits him so well. So much better than the weasel as Draco so affectionally calls him. I always thought this chapter held alot of good dialog between Laurel, Harry, and Maggie. I love the soul thing, I really hope that comes into play more once you\'re back on track with brand new chapters. Another part I noticed was the whole Spiderman reference. I don\'t think I noticed it the first time, but this time around I totally got it. Isn\'t it a female figure that tells Spidey that in the movies too??? I dunno, just a thought. Now, what I\'m really waiting for is whats coming up next. i mean the whole bonding thing of course and I\'m totally stoked to see what new readers think about it too. I think last time it didn\'t get the respect it deserved cause girl, it was a HOT HOT HOT TAMALE chapter!
So there, enough of a review for now since my fingers hurt, lol. I will hopefully be posting some of my other fav stories on the yahoo group soon! luv ya!

Hey you!
To be honest, I loovve transitional chapters. Not to write (they\'re some of the most difficult to write), but to read when they\'re as dense and fulfilling as yours - it makes for some of the best writing in all fanfics. Ah, what a treat on a stormy night. Makes me all warm and snuggly, sitting here with the fattest, limpest, cutest cat ever on my lap (my neighbors...mine are both skinny), doing just what I should.
Okay, this one will have to be short...I\'ve got so much to do, and I would love to get over to YOU tonight. I\'ll cross my fingers. I\'ve written Chapter 8 for MASTER, but haven\'t typed it yet. Sigh. It looks like they don\'t even have a floppy drive...tsk. Oh well. Right. You time. Well, I have two favorite things in this chapter. The first was the way you presented the whole \"I\'m Draco, not my older, almost as sexy twin who happens to be my father\" conflict. No matter the story, there has to be some section that breaks the tie between them. I thought that yours was particularly well done, and that Harry\'s defense was really moving. It finally sounds as if the importance of Draco\'s betrayal has sunk into his thick skull at last.
I\'m beginning to really like Maggie. She\'s strong, willful, and perceptive. I think I remembered that you said that Laurel really is Maggie\'s girl...I see what you mean. They are a LOT alike. She certainly knows how to take charge. She reminds me of an American version of Mrs. Weasley, except she has no soft spots for Harry. And treats all kids like her own kids; Mrs. Weasley is definitely an old-fashioned, welcoming host.
Ah, and before I go, I cannot forget the foreshadowing. Don\'t think I\'ve forgotten that dream, lady. I haven\'t. I noticed how you put Draco right next to Laurel, though why Maggie would put the two together where there\'s an ADJOINING DOOR and when there\'s such obvious chemistry between them, I don\'t know. That room, where the nightmare takes place. Where it WILL take place. Shivers.
Okay, now I\'ve really got to go. I\'ll talk to you soon, dearie! Hope to have the chapter up middle of the week...can make no promises though!

hey... this is a great story so far... i can\'t believe i only just found it! the only thing i find is missing is hermione... i think laurel is a great character, but i think i\'ve developed this unhealthy obsession with hermione, and the fact that laurel looks so much like her, and blushes, and is really smart, and is muggle.. well, lets just say that sometimes i forget its really not hermione. it would be great if she could make an appearance in this fic, and hopefully a good one! maybe after laurel and draco hook up, harry will realize his love/desire/lust for his laurel-like friend! ahhh, one can always dream :)
