This story could be good if you had a beta. The original plot line is ok, but it is juvenile. Your sentence structure needs help and spelling also. And for either Draco or Hermione to be 16 they are in sixth year, not fifth as you have in here.

What is snape in this fic? Will he be there for hermione? Giving her potions for the pain and stuff? and trying to turn malfoy good? or will he be all evil?

Ch 1 - well, judging from the first chapter alone as it is currently written, it looks like the only way things will get better for Hermione is if she kills Draco and Lucius. She doesn\'t need a wand for that - and she could always get her friends to help. Unless Draco has an EXTREME change of character and personality.
