Wow! That was like, 10 times better than anything I had thought up! You rock, hard! I just love the picture of this poor tormented Snape, only finding solice in the company of Death Eaters. Very nice plot indeed!

The whole thing is intoxicating brilliant! Devillish in its premise, but brilliant in execution! I must say though, is this whole \"Higley\'s sister haunting ghost\" subplot really necessary? Isn\'t Snape enough of a tortured soul? I\'m guessing SS was set to marry the Higsley girl when he joined the Death Eaters, selling her out to Voldemort in the process? Yes? Its the best I\'ve come up with -- she\'s the embodiment of his regrets in this area...? Anyway, again, I heart this story! It\'s delicously twisted.
