Oh, that\'s excellent! You probably don\'t want to hear that I find most Snape/Hermione just too fluffy for words, but that\'s just dark enough for a beginning, and by now you know that it\'s oddly prescient of HBP. If you wanted to continue with the idea, I think there\'s a long way for it to run.

Wow. I wasn\'t going to read this fic for fear of the dark warnings you gave.... but it wasn\'t truly interesting. Although, I do hate dark fics... this one was very well written. ^_^ Great job. =)

WOW!!!!

Pearle, this was simply wonderful. a
brief, yet convincing glimpse into the
mind of a brilliant and torn man.

i do so like it. i\'m sure others will call
me twisted, but i don\'t see it as being
too terribly dark. simply closer to
accurate.

keep up the lovely work. you are in my
thoughts.

I still think this Snape is honorable in the sense that he isn\'t a traitor to Dumbledore - he wanted Voldemort defeated, he would have avenged Dumbledore, he would have helped Potter if he hadn\'t been stunned. Hermione is better off than she would have been with Draco. I think this Snape has just lost all hope - with Dumbledore and the Order gone, he feels he has nothing to hope in - and is perhaps going insane. I am guessing this Hermione COULD try to argue with Snape and encourage him to take her with him to escape to another country (assuming Voldemort\'s victory was only in the UK), unless she too is devastated by Potter and Dumbledore\'s deaths. Thanks for the thought-provoking story!

Another well written gem! *claps & whistles* It was dark and scary, but can\'t help but think it\'s probably closer to canon then a lot of things we read or write! I personally loved it!
