This story keeps improving, I like the way Draco and Harry are getting closer, yet manage to
stay very reserved with each other.
Snape is different in this story and he seems to be more open to companionship.

Wish you had gone more into Draco\'s sex talk, I think that could have been hilarious.

I read through chapter 23 before I noticed who wrote this and the whole time I was thinking that it was very well written and then I noticed who it was writen by and went \"duh! No wonder it\'s so well written.\" I Love you work. I was a loyal follower of \"The Jewel of Mirkwood.\" and was sad to see it end. Now I\'m glad that I\'ve got a chance to see what you can do in the Harry Potter fandom. I can\'t wait for more of this story and to see where you take us this time. Wonderful work!

I\'m still really loving this. I don\'t know how you update so quickly. My muses never work so quickly for me. Also I was wondering how the weasleys managed to afford a new firebolt for Ron. Harry has a lot more money than the Weasleys but he wouldn\'t have been able to afford a firebolt if Sirious hadn\'t bought him one.

Well I don\'t know how I missed this story *shrug* at least I got to read 20 chapters in one go!

I\'m really, *really* enjoying the story for a number of reasons. I like that you\'re taking the time to build up both the storyline and your version of the characters because, with this pairing especially, you really need to have somesort of character growth/development in order for it to be believable.

Your plot is interesting too - very intriguing premise the \'transition\' and how it affects Harry and his link to Voldemort. I liked that you didn\'t do a major rehash of the past 5 years of Harry\'s life because frankly even a minor rehash gets annoying after the millionth time one has read them, however, that said I was a bit confused though initially about whether the story took place after OoTP but perhaps that was just me.

I\'ve not read the review thread so if I\'m repeating others forgive me, but I have to say I think you did the right thing pulling back from EvilDraco. He\'s an annoying, spoiled little prat but I questing whether JKR herself would say he was outright evil. I like the way you\'ve allowed *us* as readers to infiltrate Slytherin with Harry to see that, while not particularly pleasant or *good*, neither are the Slytherins necesarrily evil. So yeah, I\'m glad you have your Harry hanging out with Draco and I can believe it because they are just hanging out, not becoming bestest buddies or declaring their undying love for one another (not that that is necesarily a bad thing mind ~_^).

Finally I like the way you\'re portraying Severus because you\'ve kept the snarkiness but allowed for some mystery - always a good combo imho. What I wouldn\'t give for a picture of AR done up as you described Snape for Harry\'s hearing - yum!

I\'ll be interested to see where the next update takes us, which is my polite way of saying \'Update again soon\'!

So gooooooooood. I loved this last chappie. Mmmmmm, Christmas, presents...and it\'s Jan 13th! Does that mean we\'ll get more presents in the future? I do so love the first stage of awkward anticipation and realization. wheeee!
Oh, and the rest of the story is good, too. (It\'s just that this last chapter was worthy of review.)
