Ch 2 - so far, he's mentioned in both chapters that he has incriminating photos, but he hasn't shown them to her. I think she's smart enough to ask to see the photos, make sure they're of her-Harry-Ron and not Polyjuiced doubles of them.

Uh huh, I like this story line. Draco is suitably threatening, Hermione properly defensive. Looking forward to seeing how this story works out.
