In addendum to my response to sera21's review, (SPOILERS SINCE YOU DIDN'T READ THAT FAR) if you kept reading, you would learn that Calpurnia Fudge, dear friend to Dolores Umbridge, interfered and coerced/blackmailed/pulled strings with most of the masters and mistresses around Europe to deny Hermione an apprenticeship because of that time the Centaurs carried Umbridge off. That is payback through high connections. And if that makes you angry, you're right, it should piss you off. But Severus helps Hermione secure an apprenticeship. But since you didn't read that far, you wouldn't know.

I'm really enjoying your story. Especially the incredible detail and background you add to everything. It makes for a lovely continuity of the magical world.

I wonder if she will leave with Snape? I hope so, I think that they both deserve happiness.
