My Dear,
I've decided -you are evil! Why?
1. How could you do this to Hermione and Severus??? That was such a disappointment...(for them of course more than for me...)
2. How could you do this to me??? I know I've been naughty, but there are plenty of other readers of yours, who do not deserve being left hanging like that.
And yes, as I was reading, I thought it seemed a lot like a tv program. Just like the last episode of the series of Game of Thrones, or something.
I do hope it won't take you months to update, now I'm even more nervous than before.
I'll keep waiting :(

P.S.
Hurry up

Dear Betz,
I have admit to a horrible sin, I've been reading your story without reviewing! I apologise for my shameful behavior and promise to do better in future. I light of my past transgressions I feel, I have no right to ask for a quick update...I'll be waiting patiently in hope you'll grace us soon with another piece of your creativity.
Your story is very original, wonderful and highly entertaining. I love how everything evolves and builds up so slowly, without artificial rushing it forward. It feels natural and believable, no loose ends and it's quite amazing how everything is so connected -just like in the real life/universe. Your story is a perfect microcosm.
It triggers a lot of different emotions in me starting with anger at the injustice of the world, that punishes my favorite Potions Master for all his sacrifice. Then surprise at Hermione's situation and impatience at her guilt over Ron. Disgust and annoyance for Ron (I don't like him). Fury and resentment toward your Molly -how could she??? And eventually such happiness, that Ginny & Draco and then Hermione & Severus found each other and such dread that SS, DM and GW will leave without Hermione -I'm not sure I could even consider to stay behind...their last evening filled me with such sadness...I really wanted to cry...I really hate one last times and goodbyes. I do hope they will be alright and have a chance to be together before they grow old??? Please??? And that HG sacrifice will be rewarded by finding proof of their innocence -I do have a feeling it's something to do with the lemon tree.
Thank you so much for your writing.

I am at a loss of words. Lavender set the whole thing up? And here I thought there was some altruistic reason. Just promise that Hermione will make her pay. Literally - lifetime patents and compensation for years? Or destroy the company with a bad potion? Oooohhhh!!! Because a simple hex is not enough.

Hurray another chapter! I am so glad that they are so long. This means I get to enjoy your writing longer :-)
And what a wonderful picture by vikingcarrot, I had to laugh when I saw Hermione's face (and the emoji)! And I am all for artistic freedom - writing and drawing - but the hair is not right, nope, as good as it looks, I would have loved to see Hermione's hair "fall about her shoulders in smooth waves, since her gown was very reminiscent of the old Hollywood glamour style." as you wrote.
Keep up the story - and thank you for getting Mrs. Dushka in trouble *evil laugh* and Ron not putting his foot in his mouth (again).

Hey, so this review is up till chapter 4. So far the writing style has been very good and well paced however I find it a bit hard to belive some of the characters actions...and what mother tries to convince her 21 year old daughter that she absolutly should be getting pregnant ? That seems pretty far-fetched to me. I did have to cringe a bit when Hermione said that Ginny still had lots of time to get pregnant because her parents had kids in tehir late twentys. I am in my late twentys and really cant think of anything worse then a small screaming infant. And didnt Ginny or Hermione study? Did I miss that part? Neither of them were interested in actually learning more then they did at Hogwarts? There has to be some form of study to gain a mastership! Or did I miss that? I would especially expect something of that sort from Hermione. and the thing I cant understand most is why Ginny doesnt want to divorce Harry? She is clearly in love with Draco and nothing is working with Harry, WHY doesnt she just leave Harry??? I dont get it. And lastly, teh reason I will probably stop reading this story, wich up till now has been quite enjoyable if a little hard to identify with, Babies create a bond with a couple that you cant get divorced from. What. The. Fuck. So women who cant get pregnant never have that bond? Women who choose not to add to teh population overflow in the world cant get that deeper bond? A gay couple can never achieve a deeper bond? I know this is fiction but damn. This is some grade A b-s: Only through a baby can you attain a deep and eternal bond with your partner. WOW. I cant even.

Hi, Betz here. I would like to reply to sera21's review, but unfortunately, she did not supply an email in which to reply. And this archive's platform does not allow an author to reply to reviews individually. So sera21, I hope you come back and read this response.
First of all, yes, it is pretty shitty of Molly to harp on Ginny and Hermione about having kids, but if you read later on (SPOILER ALERT SINCE YOU HAVEN"T READ THAT FAR) Molly forced Ron into asking Hermione to marry him. Also, Molly manipulated Harry into proposing to Ginny and giving Ginny a non-too-gentle shove into accepting Harry's proposal as well. Molly, in my fic, is a domineering mother figure who is seeking to control her children's lives in what she views is best for them. The nagging for Hermione and Ginny to have children is to lock them into marriage - which later (MORE SPOILER SINCE YOU HAVEN"T READ THAT FAR) is explained how Tom Riddle's mother died. Her husband divorced her once she was pregnant, she lived long enough to have the baby, then died. Marriages are contracts LIKE UNBREAKABLE VOWS, which can result in death if broken. Children are a form of BLOOD MAGIC that seals the contract. Breaking of the contract can result in death.
Is it necessary for people to have children to have a deep and unshakable magical binding between them? Do they need to even be married? TO answer that with a yes or no question would be more spoilers for my story I haven't even published yet. I will not publish spoilers to future chapters I haven't posted yet because my story raises questions that make you angry. As Yoda once said, "Patience you must have, my young Padawan."
As for Ginny leaving Harry, that would come out if you just kept reading. Since you didn't, I'll give you more spoilers for future chapters that are already published: DRACO TOLD HER NOT TO YET.
I hope I have answered your questions in a satisfactory fashion.
