That was a superb chapter. The plot is sooo interesting and well played out. I loved Snape and Hermione\'s interaction. (BTW, I recommended this to my Yahoo group (Harry Potter Love Triangle Fics) today.) Outstanding!

Nice work, Betz. That last sentence shocked me! You don\'t read too many Bad!Ginny fics (at least, I don\'t-!). Looks very intriguing.

Great chapter! Hermione was portrayed perfectly. I liked the reference to her department\'s logo; that was a nice touch! The Ministry description was good too, as was Harry\'s refusal to be the hero. Excellent!

I\'d saved the link from when you posted it on the DG list, and finally sat down to read it all. The temptation to wail and beg for instantaneous updates is strong, but I know how irritating that is and so I\'ll refrain. I\'m enjoying the story very much - I can see the characters developing this way in these circumstances, and so it\'s easy to lose myself in the universe. Ordinarily I dislike adultery in fiction, but you\'re handling it in a way I can deal with; I think it\'s because the only reason Ginny didn\'t leave Harry the instant Draco came back into her life is because she literally can\'t. Well, that and the obvious mesalliance involved in Ginny being married to anyone but Draco! ;) I\'m dying to find out what happens - will the escape plans be moot after Hermione gets the ban lifted? Will Snape and Draco buy an island somewhere near Fiji and convince the reluctant Weasley broodmares to live with them and be their loves? What are Lavender\'s nefarious plans? Does she want Hermione gone, whether from old resentment or a desire for Hermione\'s husband? Does she want Hermione, full stop? How long will Hermione be able to maintain her denial? Will she manage to break with Ron before she slides into irresistable temptation?

I could go on like this for some time, but I think you know all the questions you\'ve raised. In the meantime, do you have some sort of update list? I don\'t visit aff very often - once in a blue moon would be a fair description - but I don\'t want to miss out on more chapters. Just for the record, too, I\'d consider this to have enough D/G for posting on FIA, since D/G is strongly featured. Anyway, please let me know what my best bet is for getting updates, and thanks for posting the link to this great story (and for writing it, of course).

amazing story,. i love it! i\'ve read so many \"happily ever after\" stories that frankly, i find them sickening (unless it\'s a pair that you don\'t see alot of i.e. blaise/hermione). this is a welcome change. you seem to have the measure of an unhappy marriage. i love the details you put in about snape\'s life now and it\'s comparisson to draco\'s. while i know you posted this on the dracoginnyfanfic group, i can tell it\'ll primarily be a hermione/snape fic (which if you couldn\'t tell from my name, i love snape!!). i do love the angst that ginny seems to be in, as she was denied her true love and seemingly forced into an unhappy marriage. while i generally don\'t like seeing ron or harry portrayed as bad guys, i can under stand why you\'ve made them the way they are here. it\'s refreshing without them being to much of arse holes! again, great job and keep up the good work. hope to see some more soon!
