Ooh second chapter without Hermione\'s visit to Calleo. To quote Willy Wonka - \"The suspense is terrible - I hope it lasts!\" (Because this anticipation will make the moment so much sweeter, I believe).

Well, I\'m still hooked and checking back much too frequently haha. I love the glimpses into Severus\'s mind in this chapter: his growing conflict over Hermione and his admittances to himself about how he feels about her. Can\'t wait to see what comes next, AU or not!

(Truth be told I haven\'t read HBP yet... I bought it the day it came out, then promptly left on vacation the next day, and figured it wasn\'t the most practical thing to pack, what with me already bringing some summer work I\'ve got for school; I was envious of the other people I saw who did have it handy, though. I\'ve only just returned, and will start it pronto - that is, after I finish skimming through Phoenix, which I desperately need recapped for the details haha. But anyway, I was grateful for you not spilling any beans in your introductory author\'s note - but I must say, my curiousity is getting even more peaked than before, if possible ^_^).

Cheers!

Ahhh, I loved the chapter. It\'s really nice to see what Ginny is thinking. Glad that she\'s seeing Ron for the PRAT that he is in this story. Also nice to see Severus trying to analyze his feelings and making sure that Hermione gets a cut of the profits---very nice indeed. ;-) Please get us more ASAP! ~Gin

LMAO - my salad was fine, except that I got the respective uses of the cucumber and the courgette the wrong way round and never got Severus to finish the job off. TeeHee.

This was a really interesting chapter - plenty of Severus\'s clever schemes for sorting out Hermione, his boss and his potion-master friend. Sevvie seems to be becoming very mellow - not much snark or glaring going on. I guess that\'s what 8 orgasms does for a man, LOL. No wonder Ginny dared to kiss him on the forehead (bet she wouldn\'t have done that at Hogwarts).

The muggle savant idea is interesting - are there any other fields, besides music, where they are used by your wizarding world and do the savants fully understand the role/job they are doing? I will wait and see.

Loved the last chapter... Go Hermione! I thought it was incredibly funny, no sorry honey, your ruining the whole sex thing for me... HA! I love the way you keep the relationships in this fic real. This does happen. Not everything in life or love is all peaches n\' cream. Can\'t wait for the update!

I didn\'t think the mention of a train derailment was offensive. Afterall, such things do happen, as deeply tragic as they are. I\'ve seen plenty of horror stories on the news about such things. The risk is there, inevitably.
