i think that sam should be captured by draco and turned. he goes bad so that he can have hermione (basically Sam offers to give the order over to the death eaters so that he can get hermione away from severus)
either that or hermione has a change of heart picks sam, severus seeks draco out and makes a deal with him, he goes bad blah blah blah, hands over the order (kills sam himself) and claims hermione as his

Ch 9 - that Sam sure is presumptuous! He declares to Severus that Hermione is leaving with him without acknowledging that she has the right to change her mind and stay with Severus. He also says he will ask Hermione to marry him IF she agrees to move with him and give up her home, work, etc. But even if she doesn\'t agree to marry him, he still expects her to leave Hogwarts with him. Sheesh! So, are you going to have Draco show up in Diagon Alley? Let\'s see if Sam can defend himself then!

Ch 8 - so much for her belief that "Albus has members of the Order watching my every move" - all those hours and Albus didn't even think to look for her in Hogsmeade! Severus is absolutely right; she could've been kidnapped and no one would've known where to start looking. Hmm, is Sam going to be killed or Imperio'd to kill Hermione? Interesting development! Can I guess that Draco's lady informant is Hermione's boss?

Well, I guess I got what I voted for, but now you have me worried with that comment about mistakes! Argh! Okay, let me rephrase...I want Hermione with and only with Severas. There. Oh, and interesting how Harry ag alr already :) Great job!
