You have unique ideas here , so I give you kudos for that! Your writing style is very interesting, and pretty accurate about the way women were treated over 100 years ago.
Now to the behavior part. Being a DOM myself, I feel obligated to make sure people understand the difference between a Dom and a Sadist. There is a HUGE difference. Please do not interchange them, they are not the same.
A DOM and the submissive are in a loving relationship that is MUTUALLY agreed upon for both to be there. It is play, and role acting. A true DOM would never Harm their submissive, nor would they allow anyone else to.
A sadist gets pleasure out of pain....period. There is no love, no agreement, no respect.
I say these things because you are a darn good writer be confusing to the audience.

Ch 16 - Kill Shaman! Kill Shaman! Severus should punish and read Shaman\'s mind completely, the snake. Severus better marry Hermione right now, \'cuz if she can\'t be protected by the chastity spells, she can be protected by whatever marriage fidelity spells Severus can make. Ahem....Severus is a good guy, right? He\'s just a spy, betraying Voldemort? And Zaraus is a faithful Death Eater? Do Shaman and his brothers know that Severus is a spy? Severus\' father? Thanks for the update! When you repost, that would probably be a good time to incorporate all those rewrites you had in mind.
