er... I just stopped at the mention of Obliviating. Why on earth would he offer to get obliviated? He already suggested he might be enjoying himself but it'll be moot if he doesn't remember any of it in the morning. Completely defies all logic.
Like having Snape offer to give points to Gryffindor.
Or Voldemort appologizing to Harry for killing his parents.
