As always, intense and well-written. Your Snape is all the more compelling for his lack of physical perfection: the Potions Master doesn't need to look like a Chippendale dancer to exert his strange fascination. I've enjoyed your characterization of him in those of your stories I've found. It doesn't appear that you plan to continue this particular story beyond a one-shot, although I'd be grateful to be proven wrong.

Dear God. So seldom am I roped in so quickly and so fiercely as I have been into this little story. Your writing is fluid, poetic and evocative. Your story is heartwrenchingly beautiful. I really would like to see what else would happen after this episode in the forest.

Yes a bit angsty, but with so much promis. Are you going to write a companion to this, possibly after the final battle and them meeting in the same spot ready to do it for real.
