What a gem of a story this is. Very low-key (the hysteria bit notwithstanding) and realistic, not overly OOC but sweet. I'm looking forward to further updates.

Very nice chapter. It's nice that he is at least beginning to realize he feels something for her. Hopefully the right people will open that cell. Please update us soon. The suspense however is KILLING ME!

Ch 6 - very realistic chapter. She's nervous so she talks, he gets impatient at her nattering and tells her about thdeatdeath scenarios. I like the way you show us his feelings for her, how they developed over time without him even realizing it. I hope you don't kill them off at the end of the story!

I love your unfolding of Snape's epiphany. It's truly lovely. I like Hermione's practicality and yet she's young enough to be unnerved by the idea of being raped by a multitude of Death Eaters (in fact, who wouldn't be). I like this piece of work... especially that there's a finite period of time in which to create their transitional arcs.

Awww! Poor wittle Sevie recalling his departed mother...the image of him doing his mum's work while she lay in bed ill was very touching! Typical Severus Snape too, to tell Mione she needed sleep when she pried too far into his personal life. Wonderful chapter! Looking forward to the update!
