This is great, especially for a first story ~ congratulations. There is plot and characterisation, not to mention sensuality. I can't wait to read more!!

Okay, I just freakin adore 'inner Severus', it makes me think of what he might've been like at Harrys age. Your story is awesome, you have a real way with words. My favorite; "confection covered electricity". Just bloody brilliant. Please write more soon.

OMG! I have never said this before, but honey, now I'll just have to go & have wet dreams about Snape.
I absolutely love your Severus Snape. I do believe you are depicting the best characterization of the heart and soul and mind of that man!
And I lke your Harry. You aren't doing him weak or overly angsty, but intelligent, earnest, powerful, just a bit naive. I really do think that is something Snape would appreciate about Harry--- I don't think he'd be into a docile wimp, nor an overly angry child. He wants a spirited mate, someone who could be a true partner & companion. Given Harry's interest in him, and Snape's experience, I think he'd get off on being able to mentor him, slowly both helping Harry bring out his true self, and train his power, meanwhile somewhat seducing and shaping him to become his lover and partner. I can see them growing through development of the similar values they do hold, despite the fact that there will always be differences. Perhaps those could be a strength in themselves, each having strengthe that complement and complete the other's gaps, since everyone has weaknesses as well as strengths?
And Ron was great! "Well, who wouldn't?" JKR did say that Ron was a staunch friend, despite their differences, and I like how you've shown him to be thoughtful enough to balance his instincts. Your Herrmione's the level-headed, bright young woman she is in canon.
Who could want more? I do--I want lots more of this
Lovely, lovely fic!!

Love it! Love it! Love it! It's so refreshing to read a story where the author has such a solid command of language and vocabulary. I gotta say I love Snape's inner voice - quite amusing. Can't wait for more.
