I really like this thus far! Grammar and spelling are more than acceptable (I didn't consciously look out, but I usually notice major mistakes while I read), you're doing a fine job even without a beta. I'd volunteer if you need one, though by the standard you show here, that wouldn't be that much work, huh? :)
I'm really curious to see how this scene came to be. At first I was rather put out with Harry being so powerful, but well, there IS that prophecy. As long as it's plausible (and it sure seems so here), why not? This beginning is really intriguing me.

ohhhh.. looking very promising indeed! i love terrifyingly-powerfulHarry. i don't think you need a beta, it was pretty right but should you ever want i would happily try. i've never done it before but... it would mean i would get to read the next chapter sooner wouldn't it ..;-) xyazz

Woot! This is really good and you don't have a beta? You must look it over ubber hard before you post! *^^* I wasn't really looking for them but I hardly found any mistakes in either chapter! I also love what you've done with Harry's character! He's not all whiny and scared shitless. Instead he's strong, and all leaderly like but you made sure to make him just this side of an iceburge so he shows some amount of feeling, if he didn't he wouldn't really be Harry now would he?! ^.~* I really like it and can't wait for more, so update soon!!! And Email me when you do, update that is, if you could please? It would really help me out! *^^*
