How old are you? I'm 18 and am heading to college this fall so I can understand the parents thing...sorta... I mean do they check your computer or something? great story nice touches in the bonding ceremony like the marks on their cheeks and the memmorie sharing, thid mskes a great base for a very intimate relationship in future chapters. my only advice would be to try and slow your writing down, don't just rush to the core of the chapter in this case fleur and harry bonding, (anticipation is half the fun afterall ;)
