If this is to be taking place during Hermione's 6th year, then she is 16 going on 17, or if you go with the "she's used the time turner so much during 3rd year that she has gain an extra year" way of thinking she would be 17 going on 18 years old.
I believe that a student is suppose to be eleven before September 1st when starting Hogwarts. So with Hermione's birthday being on September 19th she is older than most of her year.

hermione seems really strong despite her pain in this fic. i like that she isn\'t completely hesterical even if she is less than in complete control at times. i keep wondering how this is going to be a hg/ss fic, i have yet to figure it out? will you post more soon?

Great story so far! Very well written and very suspenseful. Only gripe I have is that the chapter could have been longer! :) Good job! I\'m looking forward to seeing where this goes.
