I loved Hermione\'s inspection of Harry where she is trying to see if he has suddenly become incredibly handsome. Heh...I picture Harry as attractive, but someone who would blend in with the crowd. It is his character, not his looks that make him special. Draco, on the other hand, I picture as someone who would always stand out in a crowd. They are just a wondeful fantasy couple....my OTP...and Draco is my fav in fanfiction. And this is a story I look forward to reading more of. The Dumbledore/Minerva interaction was funny....he can sure be annoying and I will always think of him when I see lemon drops. I want to know what is going on....five days till more. Really like your Hermione so far. Gotta admit that Snape really does not interest me as a romantic character (I really have an unfavorable impression of his appeal from the books), but as long as he\'s not with Harry or Draco, I can deal. As a matter of fact, I have read a few other WIP with the HG/SS pairing and it is actually growing on me....though I\'ll probably skim over the sex scenes with those two....I\'ve become a slash obsessive. *laughs*....Did you say this was your first fic? Very nice! Please continue writing. I am enjoying!!

And this is why, you should never publish when you\'re sleep deprived from finals. I hope my term papers made more sense than this chapter, disturbing thought. This is mostly from the students perspective so far, and they\'re still not clear what\'s going on, which is part of why everything is so vague. There will be a lot more explanation in the next few chapters, I promise to make everything more clear ^^\'.
Nerdgirl: Everyone is sorted into one of the teachers classes for the challenge. Which was one of the clues the sorting hat gave. So everyone is still in the same house as usual. The challenge can be solved differently, which class you\'re in determines how you\'re solving the challenge, and the students and teacher that you\'re teaming up with to solve the challenge. For example, Professor McGonagall will probably coach her students to approach and solve the challenge from a very Gryffindor perspective, but there could be students from Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin in her class. The sortinghat placed students under the teacher whose approach will emphasize their talents and abilities, so while it\'s likeley that you\'ll be sorted into the same class as your head of house, it\'s not guaranteed, as will become apparent on the first day of Challenge c ^_^ ^_^.
Romie: thanks for the praise, I\'m another slash fan myself. I\'m so glad to hear that you like how I\'ve written the characters, I\'ve been trying to keep them unique and in character. Hopefully you\'ll like my Snape ^^\'
Xavier: You\'ve got most of it right so far. Not just Draco, but the whole Slytherin house will be acting differently. This is, as was hinted at by the Dumbledore/McGonagall discussion, part of one of Voldemort\'s plans, and therefore S is is involved. The challenge is something the school itself has created, as a response to what has been happening in the magical world. Voldemort has a serious interest in making sure that it is his supporters who solve the challenge. The prize depends on who solves the challenge and how they solve it, while Voldemort didn\'t orchestrate it, he\'ll definitely take advantage of it. Voldemort\'s death was faked, but not by him. It was a ploy by the ministry to quell the rising hysteria about Voldemort\'s return. I\'d meant to reveal lots of this more slowly throughout the story, but I guess my story just doesn\'t really make sense without it now. Rewrite time. Good luck on your finals too! Now I really can\'t wait for them to be over, I *need* to rewrite this.
Sincere thanks to everyone who has read and reviewed so far, the feedback really helps!

I really liked the characters. Lots of times, poeple make one of them a total jerk or something, but you didn\'t, so good for you! I hope you write more soon, cause I can\'t wait to see what happens. HG/SS is one of my FAVORITE pairings!
