I can\'t say I am happy about the conclusion, but at the same time cannot imagine it going any other way. I would be lying if I didn\'t admit to bawling through the ending. I reread the whole thing this morning and was thrilled to find an update just as I was finishing. It was wonderful as a work in progress, but breathtaking as a completed piece. Well done you you and to your er. Cr.

With a title like Paradise Lost, I shouldn\'t have been hoping for a happy ending. And I guess in a way, it\'s realistic ending, if not the ending I personally want But But then again, do we ever truely *want* the endings where the boy doesn\'t get the girl? Heroes shouldn\'t die and the hooker turned into an accountant shouldn\'t be abandoned by her saviour, no matter how screwed up it is. But of course, real life doesn\'t play out like a Pretty Woman script, so I find myself having to accept that this was an extremely well written and realistic story.

But they should have wound up together! Well, I know it would have never worked in this frame, but.. *sniffle* He died.

Okay - Enough. Thank you for an enjoyable trip; I hope you continue to write another fanfic because you are totally gifted!

I solemny, almost never cry when reading a book/ story or looking a movie, but girl did i cry... That\'s so sad and at the same time i find it great. It\'s really goes down to the core... I am at a loss of words to describe how i liked it...

I truly enjoyed reading your story over the past few months, it\'s one of the few that I have found that have touched me so. I am looking forward to future stories of yours for you are quite gifted.
I read quite alot of hp fanfic and although I usually enjoy something of angsty humorromaromantic, yours actually reached out and grabbed me. The ending was excellent especially how she actually had the final word.

Am crying

Okay - I am crying and sobbing openly and my son is wondering what on EARTH is wrong with his mother!

This is one of the most beautifully written fics I have ever read! And it is breaking my heart that it ended this way. But as a writer with a FORMER beta who had to fight to keep the integrity of my fic in place, (despite her wishes in the direction SHE wanted it to go) I\'m glad you stood by your guns. In real life, not everything ends up rosy and bright.
