What a ride! Got caught up, finally. Can\'t wait for the finale, and then on to Book 6!

Nice battle, and magical events. Some really scary incidents back there, too. Glad you aren\'t Voldemort!

Hello again! Up to chapter 37. Really heavy going there.Hope all is well with you and yours. You sure know how to create conflict in your fiction.

Wow, the last few chapters are beautiful and terrible all at once. I feel so much: heartache, tenderness, longing, resolve, horror, restlessness. And what a pleasure to see Severus permit himself the comfort of Rowena\'s embraces. I\'m also glad to see the resumption of Katrina\'s role in the story-it really adds dimension to Severus\' journey in relating to others. But, I\'m having some trouble with the songs. Umm, hmm, I guess I have a hard time envisioning Severus Snape listening to pop music. (My Sevvie is more the Shakespeare quoting type.) However, if I can concede this possibility, I MUST admit that these are perfect songs for the emotions represented. (And before I hear it from everyone else about calling your story \"terrible\", look at all the definitions. Terrible: extremely formidable; extreme in extent or degree; intense. An example would be LOTR-Fellowship when after looking in the Mirror of Galadriel Frodo offers her the One Ring and she chides him for testing her: \"In place of the Dark Lord you will set up a Queen. And I shall not be dark, but beautiful and terrible as the Morning and the Night! ... All shall love me and despair!\") Lisa, sorry, there\'s a connection, really. This scene in LOTR book and movie is very powerful and I feel the same way about this story. Kudos!

ALSO, even though I have hard time with Snape referencing pop music, I LOVE the songs, all the songs you\'ve laced through the story. We must be close in age, because many of these songs have been important in my life. Bachelor party and wedding reception music was so much fun--GREAT. And I love it when Severus and Rowena dance. I have read the Malfoy\'s fete chapter over and over and over because of the dance scenes. Between this story and anticipating HBP, I can hardly sit still, I\'m that excited!! Thank you.

I love your story so much!!!! This idea of Sev sending her songs seemed to be unlike of him first, than I got used to it, and now I find it romantic, and I\'m glad that you made him more human. :) I like it.
That idea with the fials as transformated food.. that\'s fantastic!!!! Wow.
And the way you write about the war, and Sev\'s role in it... you are a genious.

This was pure bliss.... Having three chapters, kids gone to a party, cup of tea and a few bisquits.I read the three chapters....tea\'s gone cold and the bisquits are left untouched. As usual you have excelled yourself. I liked the way you put the \"darkness\" into the story when Severus is with Lord Voldemort. You can just \"taste\" the Dark Magic! Well Done....and thank you for posting three chapters at once , it was a real treat.I hope you\'re back soon I\'m waiting with baited breath for your next chapters

Anyway, this was another wonderful chapter. I liked Severus dancing with Katrina to \"Butterfly kisses\". It\'s just so cute!
