Well done, lovely wrap up, and that they stand in the rain... washing away whatever taint has been left by Walker is quite lovely.

This is been so fine. If it were food, it would be a complicated main course, with subtle seasonings and side dishes to distract and complement. And a good drink with it.

Oh, wow. This is the first time that I\'ve actually broken down bawling after reading a fic. ::wipes eyes:: I am positively enamoured of this...
You are a fantastic writer. Absolutely fantastic. Your ideas flow with a fluency that few other authors I\'ve seen can achieve, and you possess a wonderful ability to pull at exactly the right heartstrings.
I look forward to finishing this, and to reading anything else you up up with. Please, keep up the good work!

Through all the horrific details of what Severus and Hermione faced, through all the murders, even through the awful recitation of Stan\'s childhood, guess what made me cry? The image of Snape standing outside just as my kids sometimes do, drinking the raindrops \"straight from Heaven.\"

Wow...
I could just picture the two of them standing outside in the rain, drinking in the raindrops. I love how you gradually drew them together to the point of mutual respect and understanding (which was what you wanted this fic to be about!). Will the next chapter reveal Severus\' thoughts on what has gone on?

Wonderful confrontation, and excellent, excellent way for Severus to possibly find out that he does, in fact, now have a will to live.

Bloodeagle? Interesting. I\'m trying to think my way back through the books. I\'m sure there was somebody other than Hagrid who was arty. Also, I\'m dying to find out where Severus has got to. There\'s a place like that about a mile from me and every so often you see someone trotting down the road in pyjamas, slippers aressressing gown with a nurse in hot pursuit. Could they have let him walk out to find out where his investigations lead. Can\'t wait for the next episode.
