This just gets better and better. It\'s one of my favourite fics. So Snape is related to Albus, why would Albus have him committed - he seems pretty sane to me. I still think he is the secret keeper for someone, possibly Albus? I was beginning to wonder if it was Ron in the dining room with the bread knife, you know, just to get the girl but obviously not. Is McNair not dead, the executioner from POA or is Voldie looking for spare parts, the permutations are endless and I love guessing. The suspense though is killing me. Love it.

I\'ve been away for a few days so I had the treat of being able to read 3 or 4 chapters in a row today. I normally hate mysteries, but you\'ve completely sucked me in here. I love an intelligent, capable yet still gawky Ron, a mysterious Hermione, and a surprising but still canon Snape. Your details are intriguingly laid out and the descriptions are unexpected (Albus\' toes, the state of Ron\'s kitchen equipment, etc.) but fortify the story without interfering.
Lovely!
And given that the terror (and current front-runner for \"most likely to be wearing prison orange\" award) at my house is a tiny, charming little girl, I wouldn\'t put the crime past Alice. *wink*

I\'ve always had the feeling that Black and company got off scott free after pulling that stunt on Snape - your version seems very believeable. Keep up the good work!

Great! This just keeps getting better and better with each chapter. Talk about characters being fleshed out in-depth. It makes them more human.

This has been fascinating. Sometimes something is original because it\'s based upon a poor idea. The situations and directions the characters have taken are new to me, but what you write rings true and strong.
I am looking forward to reading more.
