I now am truly convinced that you are somehow channeling my 7 year old. She is really 30, trapped in a 7 year old body. Reading her dialogue , I see my kid in my mind. Scary stuff.

Aubrey...that girl will be a Ravenclaw. I found the scene between Severus and Aubrighlighly amusing. It seems likely that she and Severus will get along better than Severus and Hermione. I\'m looking forward to reading the next chapter...perhaps Aubrey will decorate Snape\'s rather drab cloak with Christmas tinsel. Heh... I love this story!!!

I believe that Aubrey is the best OFC that I\'ve ever seen in fanfic. She\'s frighteningly precocious but very real to me. This is an amazing piece. You give such care to characterization and while the tone is necessarily dark given the plot, it\'s not unrelieved. I loved to see the honesty and laughter in Ch 8. Thanks very much for writing. I\'m checking for updates incessantly. ;)
