My heart broke at the way Severus talked to Aubrey, the poor girl. His \"relationships\" with married women make sense. Thanks.

This story is a great one. Fine writing and good plot. And updates every 2 days!! Thank you very much!!!
I found this chapter the darkest I \'ve read among the HP fics (and I\'ve read a lot). Even I was somehow disappointed at first with that egoistic and \"seximaniac\" Snape, and with the help of the smoking cigarette: that was distasteful: I think you made the point.
Later you made me feel sorry for him: a cruel father beatimg in such a way an only 5! years old Severus.
But the worst was him telling his daughter that he didn\'t want her at all....uuuhhh that was pain...

This story is amazing. I can say that I do not like your Snape(and I mean that in a good way!!). He really is a horrible person, but the glimpses you have given us into his psyche let us see how he is emerging as a man that may possiblely want to change. He is the most canon Snape I have seen in a quite a while. Not that I don\'t enjoy a warm-fuzzy Severus, but that is not what your story is about. As a small aside, I too have a gifted child and my husband and I were both gifted as well. I like your Aubrey very much. It is so tough to be a grown-up in mind and emotionally a child. She seems like such a dear thing...my heart broke for her when Snape yelled at her. Thanks for a wonderful read.

Chapters 10 & 11... Will Severus not be seeing Anna anymore because of how it wears him down? I do know that he needs his relief & Anna has been a part of his life for ages, but I am hoping that he will stop seeing her & devote a bit more time to the daughter that he doesn\'t want!!!

As far as Aubrey is concerned I hope that he will eventually take a step back & realize that she is not the one that deserves his anger!!! I am looking forward to seeing what Hermione has to say to him!!!

I am also looking forward to Hermione seeing her old friends again!!! I hope that they will be supportive of her even if they don\'t agree with or understand why she left all those years ago!!! Til chapter 12, Deb >^..^<

Scary. But sometimes the hardest chapters are the best. You might want to read _Mirror Dance_ by Lois McMaster Bujold--it, too, goes into the dark places. (bows)

I\'m glad that you haven\'t made Snape suddenly become some cheerful and pleasant man. It\'s so much more interesting this wand nnd now...why\'d Hermione scream? And is Severus Snape\'s life now in danger because of whatever it is?

Hmm, the suspense is killing me, are they going to eventually get together, or are you taking them separate way ??
