I had just read the whole 17 chapters in one sitting, and I must say, I wouldn`t have normally lasted that long- even if it was a good story. I`d have at least read it, say a couple chapters per day, or something of the sorts. However this story is quite exceptional, and I`m sure I`m not the only one who thinks so=) Not a lot of the romance stories I`ve read really goes into detail when it comes to fight scenes, heck, they even deliberately try to avoid it! This fanfic is definitely a refreshing change, and one with plenty of unexpected & interesting events at that! Fantastic job on the last chapter by the way :) - the periocidecident certainly added a metaphorical twang on it. I know I`m glad you chose it over the other endings. Another death would`ve made me too sad to read through^^ (as I had to take Albus` death today too). Thanks for enlightening us with your brilliant writing skills, and for your choice of Hermione and Severus as the romantic pair (for they are a most adorable couple indeed). Keep up the good work, and I am looking forward to the next chapter!

PS I hope it won`t be too much of a bother, but would it be possible for me to be a part of the \"mailing list\" as to when the next chapter is due? I am a deranged fool when it comes to checking for updates =)

2nd try - After reading another story that promotted this story I decided to give it a read. So 17 chapters later, I\'m still in the OMG! phase. I don\'t really know what to say. Not only is the story well thought out it is beautifully written. The visuals I got from that room, I thought I\'d either gag or go into labour or both. The one step forward, two steps back nature of Hermione/Severus friendship/romance was pleasantly (yet angsty) believable. Dumbledore\'s death didn\'t really bother me, it made sense actually and I enjoyed the tie in with Flammel. Thanks.

Jeez, this is tough stuff! At first I was a little disappointed because you spent almost no time in letting the reader be tortured with Snape\'s anti-being-zombie state but as I read on I liked your story more and more and in the last few chapters it has really gained a lot of speed which actually left me sitting here all trembling with my eyes wide open, nibbling at my fingernails and cursing you for stopping at the point you did. And that really means something because that rarely happens to me, so you better feel flattered already!
I also quite like the way the relationship between Snape and Hermione progresses, even if it is frustrating at times or maybe just because. I thought it was neat how you portrayed that they really care for one another even if they got difficulties showing it. How they, in light of what\'s to come, were trying to comfort eatherther with small signs of affection at any moment thed tod together despite the presence of the others was a nice touch.
And since you killed Albus off, which really had to happen to make this story interesting, I\'m really jsut a little bit frightened what you will do to Snape. With Hermione having those nasty images and all... No, please don\'t tell me! I don\'t want to know, I rather bathe in my anxiety as long as it lasts! Maybe it\'s just the time of the night but I can\'t rerinering having read anything that gripping for quite a while. Please, update soon, I really wanna know what the fuck is going on in that room!

Yet again I must apologize for the amount of time that it took for me to read and review. As always, though, I loved the new chapter.

Chapter 16... That is one HELL OF A CHAPTER & CHAPTER ENDING!!! What is happening to their Patronus charms?!? Is their just too much evil for them to work properly?!? What has Hermione?!?

I really did like all of the Cloak & Dagger going on in this chapter!!! The break in to the store was GREAT & the security guard was a very nice touch!!! I also like how you went about getting them into the Ministry!!!

I can\'t wait to see what will happen to them next!!! I do hope that they will be able to do what they set out to do!!! Til chapter 17, Deb >^..^<

I just realized I haven\'t reviewed in what seems like forever. I\'m so sorry!tilltill love your story! I\'m just buried under school work and it\'s not even finals yet. Gah. But anyway, I\'m looking fod tod to more installments and will try to return to my inquisitive self as soon as I finish the next 12 papers and 48 tests... Until then, know that I\'m reading and don\'t review because I feel guilty enough spending time - in which I should be working - reading fanfics. Ciao, cara. And update!

I stumbled upon your story yesterday and was so absorbed, I read the all the chapters that are up yesterday - taking me away from my work, you naughty, naughty girl!!! I really like your plot and I can\'t wait for more chapters! The SS/HG relationship also seems more natural than in other stories and less forced. I love it all! Keep writing.
