Hermione used the Lumos Cardia to shield Snape from Voldemort\'s attack, in the process diverting it to herself. The spell cannot remove the Dark Mark - it merely used the Mark as a link through which to strike at Voldemort, since he himself used it to affect Snape.

I have been reading your fic. i find it lovely. Really well written, and with a perfect sense of timing, without rushin the charachters. Wich are, by the way, well build.
Something I dont catch, Teh lumos cardia, meant that she take off the dark mark for him, or just heal him for the current pain?
