Yay, another chapter! Gods, I don\'t know if I can take any more angst, my heart is weary... *sigh* Wonderful chapter, by the way...! I know this is a ss/hg challenge response, but you had me sweating right up unto the end about her choice! Very well done that it wasn\'t an obvious decision, and a nice job on the bit of the Severus\' backstory you revealed. Can\'t wait to read more!

Well thats a relief....somehow...it feels as if it was pity that made her choose Severus.....also the risk of something else happening to Rose.....kind of sad....I hope it gets happier soon.

Im happy that she chose snape but there are so many buts to be considered.
She is choosing him for the wrong reasons.....or maybe she isnt but that is what it seems like to me.
She doesnt love him or even really like him in that way....she just chose him because he can protect her and rose wont be in any danger, then will he.

Ah, so much pain for our poor Potions Master and yet ~ a happy (?) surprise. Can\'t wait to read more of Aubrey, what\'s up with Lupin and how Severus reacts to Hermione\'s unexpected decision (I guess he didn\'t see the rules of the challenge...lol).

I do have one small point to make - Aubrey is an unusual name for a girl, it is a boys name and means \'ruler\'. But hey you have bloke called Rose so, so what?
