You badly need to get a beta reader, take this down until you can the the spelling, grammar, syntax and other errors fixed. The story has a little promise, but, your characterizations need some serious work.

This story has potential, even though as you say Snape is out of character, but this is the way you see him, so be it. My biggest complaint is that it needs to be betaed - spelling, syntax errors abound, and the use of the question mark for the apostrophe is very annoying. Appearance does count for a lot, as does ease of reading.
