Wow...wow...wow...wow. That was an explosive chapter. It was absolutely amazing! Quite literally the best thing i\'ve read yet!

Amazing, AMAZING chapter! Just wondering though, did you mean to change Hermione\'s Patronus to a tiger because it is more ferocious than her patronus in the books, an otter, or did you just not remeber it from OotP? Just wondering. I only asked because nobody else seemed to have noticed or mentioned it in there reviews. I guess they were all blown away by your magnificent battle scene.

I\'ve been reading this story for a few weeks now, and hardly ever review anything, but I absolutely had to review when this chapter came out. I think that the cliffhanger is perfect, as it doesn\'t really leave Hermione in harm\'s way, but does leave much to be answered.

Even if no one else responds to the Polylove challenge, Ink tnk that it has been well met. The whole story has been very well written; spelling and grammar as near to perfect as I\'ve ever seen in fanfiction, and the story itself flows beautifully. For a Severus/Hermione pairing, it\'s very believeable; not having her constantly calling him \'Sev\' or any number of other utterly unrealistic things that most SS/HG pairings have in common. Finally, I\'m amazed at the speed with which you\'ve put new chapters out. All in all, one of the best Potter fics I\'ve ever read.

Very well done, and I hope that there\'s more to be heard from you in the future.

Just to let you know how much I enjoy the scenes with the cats (names, hierarchy...).
And the way you use Mrs Norris is deliciously unusual.

Oh ... wow. That\'s one of the best final-battle descriptions ever, from Hermione trying to keep her mind on task and being amazed by the noise to the horrible scene of Susan Bones\' death (I gasped -- awful, awful -- but still it\'s much truer to war than the quick rushing death of Avada Kedavra, which might explain why typical final battles in fanfiction seem so bloodless).

And the ending ... gosh, words fail me. Will Hermione forgive him for saving her life at the possible expense of the war? Not that I can blame him. In the clutch, love won out over honor.

ke tke the idea of Hermione with a tiger Patronus, but sadly JKR has already decided it\'s an otter. Eh -- yours is cooler.

Ack! You left it there? I\'ll be waiting for the next chapter with much anticipation. Hope that you\'re feeling better and great job on the story.

You certainly know how to build the tension in a fic, don\'t you? More soon please.
