Well, you had a great story developing, thanks to the many talents of various writers, then the last one ended it abruptly with a dream-sequence explanation and a very feels-to-be-too-soon romantic commitment between them.
While in the 'dream', they made tentative overtures with the mutual agreement that more may be forthcomming, the last chapter broke the flow and ended it rather jarringly. The last chapter just doesn't fit. It doesn't quite meet the quality of the previous chapters either; it felt rushed.
Personally, no offence to the last author, I would drop that chapter and continue with the original storyline. It was fresh and original, with the slower, more believable development of Severus and Harry's relationship...with the information needed for character development and change. I kinda feel cheated. The original plot looked like it was leading to a Voldemort-less future, while the 'ending' has all that still hanging over their supposedly rosy and happy future together.
Wow, I didn't mean to rant (did I rant?) and I quite enjoy a good long story to one-shot appetizers, with lots of yummy angst. Overall I would recommend this to Snarry lovers. Good job.

Is there a chapter missing in between 7 and 8? I went to click over to chapter 8 and it didn\'t fit with the last one. Other than that it\'s a very captivating story.
