What a story! I\'m impressed! This story combines excellent writing with delicious smut in a way I find extremly appealing, and the plot is good too. Not that I need a plot... but still, I like it very much. I\'m certainly no HP cannon expert, but this ties in very well with what I remember from the books. Your portrayal of Professor Snape is more or less solely responsible for my recent obsession with this character :)
I do hope you write more about Severus and Helena, even if I must say that Voldemort\'s plan absolutely squicks me and I\'m not sure I\'ll be up to reading it if the story follows that path. Anyway, thanks for writing \'Secretly Slytherin\', it was a very enjoyable reading experience.
Hugs,
Mal

This is by far the best fanfiction I have read yet. You are an excellent author, and my computer is stupid for questioning the \'bigger\' words you used. Please do write sequel, it\'d be a shame to let your talent go to waste! If you ever need anything at all, and I mean anything, just e-mail me. Toodles.

My dearest author/goddess:
I had finally given in to my long-standing but heretofore held-at-bay obsession with Severus Snape and was cruising the net specifically looking for Snape-based porn. So much of what I read was mindless drivel, either keeping Snape in character whileing ing him do bizarre things, or completely taming him and turning him into some kind of freaky Back Street Boy/\'NSnyc boy type. Then...I hit on Don\'t Lie to Me on that other site. After a breathless read and a quick smoke, I went looking for the sequel. Much to my chagrin but being completely unable to stop myself, I spent an entire afternoon at work and then the entire evening at home squirming in my seat in front of the computer as I paged through the entire story. Initially the amazing sex scenes and the fact that the character completely fit my image of Snape drew me in. Then I spent a good portion of the night examining the storyline. What began as PWP has turned out to be the most intellectual, exciting, and well-written romance I\'ve ever read, fan fiction or not - and I\'ve read a fair few romance novels. I could easily see this as a published work in the paperback section of my local B&N, if not for those pesky copyright issues. *sigh*
But that\'s not why I\'m writing. I\'m writing to demand the sequel be posted immediately. Yes, I can read Don\'t Lie to Me and Secretly Slytherin over and over, and I\'m sure I will, but you\'ve left me feeling most anxious! How will they get out of this one? Do they want to? And what deliciously smutty antics will they get up to in the meantime? Please, I distincly feel the effects of a Reconciliation Potion - and as we know, there\'s only one fix for that predicament...

I think this is the best fanfict I have read so far. It takes alot to hold my attention although Anne Rice has so has Marion Zimmerman Bradley. You have as a fan fict writer it was great (and I do hope there is more). This is probrably the closest story to what I could imagine a relationship with Snape could be (and as a character I would like). Maybe not exact but close enough. I love everything about your Snape, Pomphrey and Dumbledore etc. I believe you have alot of talent especially for a story of this length and hope you have the chance to publish our own work eventualy. Please let me know if if you do (Smut or otherwise I\'ll read it). Thank you for the greaat story and I can\'t wait for more. l also wish wish the best if you decide to publish on your own. Thanks again, Karen

\"Don\'t Lie to Me\" and \"Secretly Slytherin\" are great! What wonderful concepts. Plus, the sex education....
