This is absolutely wonderful. I ADORE Lucius/Narcissa stories, but what I adore even more is Lucius/Narcissa behaving /in canon/...and that is what you served up.
How Slytherin of her- and yet- how brilliant? It was especially good how you showed her inner revulsion, and how that competed with (and lost) to her battle for self-preservation.
The language in this story was subtle enough that you could, honestly, get away with an \"R\". You should post it on ff.net to get more reviews.

Very nice! I\'m not a big fan of Narcissa (I do like to play with her husband, though), but I think you really made her into a woman worthy of Lucius! Well done!
