WOW!! This was an amazing story, I loved every minute of it. Your characterization of Severus and harry was wonderful and spot on I think. Katheryn was enjoyable with out falling into the Mary Sue\'ishness that I can\'t stand. Wonderful job all told

Absolutely marvelous.
Lord, but you are a thorough writer. The way that you captured them all was very fulfilling. I\'m especially fond of Harry and Draco -- you\'ve portrayed them so realistically that I can believe in the respect they earn from one another. I think that what makes this so wonderful is not so much the relationship and character development of Snape & Kathryn -- although that alone was worth the read -- but the full tapestf sif side characters. I cannot WAIT for the sequel!
Thank you for many hours of entertainment,
TQ

I will repeat what I\'ve said before: this author has an amazing gift for description. Reading her work is as close to watching a film as reading ever gets -- she is clearly a visual person. That said, she is also an unusually gifted observer of human nature. I\'ve said that she writes great dgue gue but it is so much more than just conversation. There is a depth of understanding of human nature in the author\'s words that results in characters who are both true to J.K. Rowling\'s books and to people we\'ve known (and sometimes been) in our own lives.
There are precious few SS/OFC stories that I\'ve enjoyed and even fewer that I\'ve recommended. I whole-heartedly urge people to read this. If you enjoy good fiction, these are wonderful stories. If you want to learn to write, these should be required reading!

yes yet another review in the same day, no more than a few chapters apart. \"Honey I\'m home\"...and \"It started raining students\"...I don\now now why but i find both of these lines to be very funny...and i appreciate the laugh.
P.S. this thought just came to me, but i think of Snape as looking kinda like Trent Reznor, but with more British dignity a big bigger nose. how bout you?

I LOVE the Sex Pistols reference!!! I always thought that Snape had a punk-type attitude, that and maybe some metal. I can see him banging that long black hair to Metallica, Slayer, Fear Factory, or even Deicide. Good thinking on the music ref.

just got done reading chapter 19, and i love the Viper Room reference. Johnny\'s club is the coolest. but in all seriousness your story has made aughaugh more in these 19 chapters than other stories have that are 30+ chappies long, and i mean that in a good way. I look forward to reviewing more chapters. That, and where can i find a woman like Katheryn?

What a story! I started reading last night and now am able to go to bed to get some sleep. Great story.
I only ever found a few errors (in the first couple of chapters) and none that jarred enough to make me stop. These proff reading errors were minor things and did not detract from the novel.
If only I could write as well, I would be very happy.
Now - where is the second part! As one person said, waiting with baited breath for the next bit. Hurry up and write - never mind that starving kitties and authors waisting away to shadows could end the end affect the story writing process - we want more.
I like what you have done with Harry - he is more grown up and yet still a teenager. Snape is as he should be - human.
kate is great - where is she when I was single.

I love it! I have been collecting a few stories that I\'ve wanted to read but haven\'t yet had time, and I am so glad to finally get to this one. I have only read a few chapters so far & can\'t wait to get to the rest. Your descriptions, characterizations, and dialogue are all fabulous - it is difficult to meet the balance of good dialogue and descriptions without getting too wordy or too sparse, but yours is definitely among the best I\'ve seen so far on this site. I know you\'re done with this story already so words of encouragement for this one are out of place, but I will definitely wish you the best on any current/future projects you do. Thanks for a great story! :-D
