Very nicely done. I would like to see how they go about expanding their relationship. But if you are done with it... it is still good. Thanks!

I quite thouroughly enjoyed this story and wish it could have been longer. You may not be even checking for reviews anymore since this story is at the very end of the HG/SS pages. Oh well. At least I will feel good knowing I left a review for such a fantastic piece of work.
The bit about the butty and chips was cute at the end. Due to an allergy to wheat, I am not permitted to eat bread of any sort, but chips...mmmmmm. I\'m hungry now. Shame on you!

Wonderful story...I can easily imagine Hermione taking on Dumbledore and winning in this type of situation. That was priceless. I am Canadian...my mum was a war bride from Nottingham. I was introduced to butties when I was very young. I highly recommend a baked bean and bacon butty. Bacon butties are also acceptable. The bib is practically mandatory with the baked bean version. Chip butties are best with nothing but chips, bread and butter.
I have difficulty picturing Ron being so acquiescent to this type of situation. In Rowlings stories to date, there is a very difinite indication of some strong feelings between those two...then again, the beauty of fiction is anything can happen and you make it happen in a most wonderful way.

I love this story and have read it a few times. Always makes me laugh. My husband is British and I know all about the merits of chip butties. I think they are yummy but could not imagine one cold...he says he has eaten them both ways. Aside from that, I had a laugh about the \"crisp butty\". I am from Philadelphia, and while we do not make butties with crisps(or chips), it is quite common here to put them on practically any sandwich. Cannot imagine Hermione and Serverus taking to that, but I thought you might get a giggle out of what people will add/do to food. We also think pretzels and ice cream is FANTASTIC. Look for Ben and Jerry\'s Chubby Hubby sometime, if you have any interest in that. Thanks for wonderful and consistantly good stories. I hope your original fiction is going well for you. I would love to read it someday. Cheers!

Love the story, and as a fellow Brit, enjoyed the thesis of the chip butty, agree supermarket sliced is best, but barmcakes are nice too (very flat and broad, with a fluffy texture) and nice fat chips from the local chipshop *drools* touch of salt, and occasionally gravy, if I have been so inclined, other favourites include a sausage and fried egg barm with a runny yolk (definitely need a bib for this)d fid finally a late night kebab after coming out of a night club :D

I am an Aussie with English parents so I have been extensively tutored in chip butties, and I just want to thank you for bringing them to thery Pry Potter world! I totally agree with you about the supermarket white bread with the texture of cotton wool butty being better than a roll. I have also found, for a hangover cure, put a fried egg on the bread then chips on top to make a hybrid of a butty. Clears up any woes you might be having!
P.S. I also loved your story!!!

I\'ve read this before, I guess I\'ve read the other story before too, but didn\'t realise when I reviewed. Did you ever write their wedding? I should look for myself. Fun story, thanks.
