I really like the re-written bits, it flows better and makes a great deal more sense. I like the cross-currents in Severus\' mind, heart and intellect battling it out for domination. Hermione is stronger in th ere-write also, not as much a victim. Thank you for a wonderful story.

You are doing a great job hon. To make an informed decision you need all the facts and Hermione is a sensible woman so of course she would look at all the information available. I understand why you linked to the pictures, it was to give us readers an insight into how Hermione was feeling. You have warned readers about the fic\'s and pic\'s subject matter and the choice to read is theirs. On a more personal note no, I haven\'t seen the pics and I don\'t want to. I had a miscarriage at four weeks. Two weeks later both my kids were diagnosed with a genetic form of autism. I\'m just thankful I didn\'t have to make the choice Hermione is making because it would have been very hard. You are handling the subject well. Keep up the good work please.

Hell and damnation,
I rarely review, I am one of those that likes to read a story till the end till I put in my tidbits of how I enjoyed the adventure, and tend to only review if something is bothering the heck out of me.
Case in point, you are doing a wonderful job, this storyline that you are presenting of the aftermath of the final battle, and focusing on Hermione shows that sometimes women/children are the corpses of war. I sympathize highly with her, because linving as an American, I know for pretty sure that I never will have to be used in such a manner.
You have presented her in such a manner, that I applaud you. There is no delicate way to approach how rape is treated, and how the victims are counseled. I think that you are doing a wonderful job.
I truly didn\'t believe that you were eitpro/pro/con for abortion, and I believed thoroughly that you did a great job on how it MIGHT BE for a young, single, raped and pregnant girl MIGHT feel about her situation. The emotions she went through I thought was a brilliant portrayal...She may have run out, but knowledge is her key, so once you *hint, hint-update :)* show us your Hermione reactions, well, we have to go with the flow.
I have to say, though, thank you for the links, for those were easy to understand, and comprehensible, and once again, I believed you were not alluding to whether abortion is right, or wrong, *just to throw in my two knuts, well I am pro-choice, up to a point, but once you get past the 8weeks LMP, once should try to carry to term, rather than abort,* and do I believe these illustrations to make her fall in love with her baby? Have to wait and see what she does, after all you as the writer, will be showing us her decisions.
Thank you for a wonderful story thus far,

I was going to review offline for fear that I would get flamed too, but what the heck. It\'s unfortunate that you\'re getting flamed for this lovely story. I think it\'s very thoughtful and takes all opinions into account. Sadly, abortion is an issue that provokes wild emotions on both sides of the fence. I agree with you--the pictures would really bother me too and I\'m solidly pro-choice. Please don\'t let the flames get you down--you probably would have gotten them in any case. And I have to say that I\'m surprised at how much I like the Draco/Ron pairing. I never thought that I would, but they\'re kinda sweet!

(((Kiristeen))) Did you get my email? Don\'t let the flames get you down. You must have done something right to get such a passionate response, don\'t you think? Just keep writing, you\'re excellent at it!

I\'m really sorry that you have gotten flames for this story, as it has been very well-written and quite thoughtful. I\'ve had it bookmarked for ages so I don\'t miss anything.

Personally, I think that you\'ve got a wonderful characterization of Hermione. For all of her book-learning, she still would most likely be confused about something that could have such a big impact on her life and the lives around her. I\'m also Pro-Choice, but see it as every woman\'s right to choose to have or not have an abortion- unlike some of the flamers I guess. I\'ll just sit here, impatiently (lol), for Hermione\'s decision; knowing that if you write her as you have been doing that her decision will make sense for her.

First of all..I for one am GLAD that Hermione is considering abortion/adoption. I have always found it unrealistic in other fic\'s that she would immediatly fall in love with a baby that was concieved by rape. Secondly...I am not sure how abortion is viewed in the UK, but here in the States the type of harassment she encountered at the abortion clinic is something that young women really do have to deal with. I love this story, and the slow pace at which Hermonie and Severus are getting together. It makes the the fruit sweeter so to speak. Update soon!
