I am very confused and please do not take this as a flame for it is not...just confusion on part which is just me and my tried old eyes. Why doesnt Hermione just take off the necklace? It seems there is a game afoot here and she actually is enjoying being with Drace yet despises herself because of it. Hermione is a strong, passionate witch and I do not see her just lying there and taking it time and time again...and you even hint that she feels drawn to him. I do not read it as a rape but as a dance between two would be lovers in great denial of hatred.

Okay...Why do they all think Draco\'s dead? Hum...I like the way Hermione handled the rape. Didnt fight so she didnt get hurt to badly. Not that I\'m against fighting back from an attack, but with magic involved...her decision was the best....Waiting for more.
