Well-written, interesting story with an excellent beginning. It\'s a bit hard for me to review since it hits so close to home. My son lost all language and eye contact at 18 months. At 3 years he had to undergo an EEG for Landau-Kleffner Syndrome. It turned out he had Lympho-nodular Hyperplasia, a form of enterocolitus so extreme that it causes autism like symptoms. 3.5 years later, because of dietary intervention, he\'s talking like a dream. His bowels are still damaged (it\'s hard to be a 6 year old in diapers) but he can talk up a storm. Not all kids with his condition are so lucky. And he\'s allergic to everything under the sun. Still we are grateful for his recovery.AnywAnyway, it\'s hard for me to read all this (and I don\'t know if I will continue.)

I love this so far. Can\'t wait to see where this goes. Good beginning and original plot line. SS/HG are my favorites and this sounds like it will be one of the really good ones! Thanks :-D

Ohh you certainly have my curiosity going! I can\'t wait for more. I wonder what happened for her to leave the magical world...and will Steph get a letter? Was her father a wizard? Does he know about her? All these questions just burning to be answered!
