Oh that is just so sad. Poor Hermione. Losing her friends over a wedding. That is...very...sad.

OK. First of all, why was Fudge looking into Severus\' personal chambers? Wouldn\'t that be a gross violation of privacy? That needs to be explained. And I wish someone would write something that doesn\'t involve Hermione and Severus having some form of sex and then having to get married because of it. It\'s so done. This isn\'t meant to be a flame, there are just some plot holes that could be closed up.

This is an interesting start and Hermione\'s melancholy is very well done.

Snape seems a bit odd, having heard that Hermione was researching poisons for herself - he still continues to berate her. I suppose I\'ll have to wait and see where you lead the characters.

For a writer where English is your second language, you write very well. I doubt I could do the reverse.

I have read many a fic written by American and British authors whose skills pale in comparison to yours! Si ellos tienen una problema con errorres, se pueden .... Be nice, Heather. Anyway, I really enjoyed the first chapter. You set the stage well for the start of a very angsty fic, and I can\'t wait to see the two come together. You elaborated on the depths of her emptiness to the point where it brought me back to when I felt that way as a young adult, so that says a lot about your skills.
